  • "OMG! She's back!"

    Yep, it's me.
    I know, it's been forever
    and I can't tell you how long I'll be back for,
    but I'll be here for a little while at least.

    I currently weigh 186.8 lbs.
    I've been teetering between 185 and 187.
    Not fun.
    But with my trip next month,
    I at least want to break into the 170s.
    I originally wanted to be at goal,
    but I didn't kick my ass
    and work hard enough.
    Actually I hardly worked at all.
    I didn't put in the effort and it's my fault,
    but this is gonna change.
    I'm gonna change,
    with good old healthy eating, calorie counting,
    and moving more.

    I just don't feel like doing my essays

  • So... I found my Curves diet book.
    Last time I did it (when I was 15)
    along with 30min. exercise 3x week,
    I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks.
    I'm thinking of doing it again.
    I mean, I gained it back, but that's my fucking fault.
    I stopped working out and ate shit.
    So, I'm going to start this tomorrow.
    What's funny is my Birthday is on Sunday,
    then I'm going to Disneyland on Monday,
    but I'm still gonna start it tomorrow.

    Basically it's 1200 cals for the first 2 weeks,
    probably longer than that,
    then eat 1600 cals a day.
    This worked last time,
    and although I don't go to Curves,
    my mom's place has a gym and 2 pools,
    so I'm planning on doing that, like, 2-3x a week.
    And taking Max for walk/jogs when I can't make it to my mom's.

    I'm feeling hopeful.
    Very Hopeful.
