Yep, it's me.
I know, it's been forever
and I can't tell you how long I'll be back for,
but I'll be here for a little while at least.
I currently weigh 186.8 lbs.
I've been teetering between 185 and 187.
Not fun.
But with my trip next month,
I at least want to break into the 170s.
I originally wanted to be at goal,
but I didn't kick my ass
and work hard enough.
Actually I hardly worked at all.
I didn't put in the effort and it's my fault,
but this is gonna change.
I'm gonna change,
with good old healthy eating, calorie counting,
and moving more.
